At Hemingway Massage Products, a Division of JJI Web Solutions INC, we strive to resolve any and all issues as quickly and conveniently as possible for our customers. You can return or exchange almost everything within 15 days or your order delivery date for a full refund.

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICY:

   - Display racks and brochures are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
   - Clearance Items / Discontinued Products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Requesting A Product Return:

Product Replacement:

When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item and new tracking number once JJI Web Solutions Inc. receives, approves and processes the return item.

Discontinued Products:

At times, Hemingway Massage Products will offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Clearance Items:

Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
